Your restaurant’s own delivery on one till: the order, the courier, the money

Guests order from the restaurant’s link or the QR code on the table, phone orders are typed in on the till — all of them reach the same till as dine-in, go to the same kitchen and are delivered by your own courier or picked up by the guest. The courier’s cash joins the shift when it is handed over, and any difference shows at once. A Wolt integration is in preparation (it opens after testing with Wolt), Bolt Food after it.

What it solves

  • № 01

Phone orders on scraps of paper

The phone rings, the cashier writes the address on a slip and keys the order into the till later, if they remember.

  • № 02

The courier’s cash is written nowhere

The courier collects cash all day and hands over «about right» in the evening. When it is short, nobody knows whom to ask.

  • № 03

    Late is noticed too late

What time each order was promised for and which ones are on the road is only in the cashier’s head.

№ 02Delivery

What it does

Online, phone and QR-at-the-table orders, your own couriers and their cash — on the same till as dine-in

  • Online orders: delivery and pickup

The guest opens the menu from a link, fills the basket, picks the address and time — the zone and fee come from the address. The till chimes: accept, or turn it down with a reason. The guest follows every step on their own page.

  • Ordering at the table by QR

The guest sends an order from the QR code on the table, the waiter sees it on the floor plan and confirms — it goes into the table’s check and to the kitchen. Orders with the table’s current code can be taken automatically.

  • Phone orders on the till

Type the number — a regular, their addresses and orders come up even offline. A new customer is typed in once.

  • Zones and the delivery fee

Each zone has its fee, minimum order, free-delivery threshold and time on the road. With Google Maps the zone is suggested from the address.

  • Own prices and menu

A dish can have its own delivery price, some dishes can be kept off delivery — per venue too.

  • Kitchen, promised time, pre-orders

The order goes to the kitchen marked «DELIVERY» with its time. A pre-order reaches the kitchen by itself when its time comes. Late ones are red on the board.

  • The courier and their cash

The courier slip prints the address, phone, what to collect, the change and a route QR code. Cash is taken into the till at the handover, a shortage goes to loss control.

  • Customers and reports

A customer base, order history, erasing a person’s data. The delivery report: orders, fees, average time, on-time share, by courier and zone.

  • Guest orders under control

Opening hours, time to answer, minimum order, a blocklist; pause with one tap on the till or in Back Office. An order left unanswered is turned down by itself, and the report shows the accepted share and how fast you answer.

How it works

  1. 01

Switch the module on for the venue that delivers.

  2. 02

Set up zones, fees and times in Back Office, give couriers the «Courier» role, switch online ordering on and share the link and the QR poster.

  3. 03

The till gets a «Delivery» section: accept guests’ orders, type in phone orders, hand them to the courier, take the money.

№ 04Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Can guests order on a website or by QR?

Yes. Guests order delivery or pickup from the restaurant’s link (website, Instagram, Google) and order at the table by QR. The till or the waiter accepts each order or turns it down with a reason; the guest follows it on their own page. Payment is cash or card for now — to the courier or at the till. A Wolt integration is in preparation: Wolt orders will reach the same till and the menu and stop-list will go to Wolt by themselves — it opens after testing with Wolt. Bolt Food after it.

  • Is Google Maps required?

No. Without maps the address is typed in, the zone picked from a list, and the QR code on the courier slip still opens the route. With maps you also get address search and the zone picked from the address.

  • What if the internet goes down?

Work on the till goes on through the hub: the customer is found by number, the order goes to the kitchen, the courier leaves, the cash is taken. It all reaches the cloud when the internet is back. Guests’ online and QR orders come through the cloud: if the hub is unreachable for a few minutes, new orders are not taken, and an order already sent arrives once when the hub is back.

  • How does the courier’s cash get into the shift?

After delivery the cash stays with the courier and is not in the till’s expected cash. When the courier hands it over, the cashier counts and accepts it — it joins the shift open at that moment, and any difference shows in the report and in loss control.
