What happens when the internet drops? Nothing.

Most cloud tills stop without internet. With Dishment a small server, the hub, runs on the venue's own computer. Tablets, kitchen screens and printers connect to it over Wi-Fi; the cloud is only for management and reports.

Frequently asked questions

All questions
  • What is Dishment?

Dishment is a system for running a restaurant, café or bar: the till, waiter tablets, kitchen screens, menu, staff and reports in one place. You manage it all from Back Office in any browser, and the venue keeps working even when the internet drops. It is built for Azerbaijan and works in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

  • What happens if the internet goes down?

The venue keeps working. A small local server, the hub, runs on your main Windows computer, and tablets, tills and printers talk to it over the venue’s own network, so orders, kitchen tickets, payments and printing carry on without the internet. When the connection is back, everything syncs to the cloud by itself and nothing is lost.

  • What hardware do I need?

A Windows computer for the hub: the counter PC or a small mini PC will do. Android tablets or phones for waiters, any ESC/POS thermal printer (USB or network) for receipts and kitchen tickets, and, if you want a kitchen display, any screen with a tablet or computer. All the apps download from Back Office.

  • How is the price built?

A monthly base plan for the company plus only the modules you switch on. The base plan already covers the till, waiter tablets, kitchen screen, menu, staff and core reports. The base plan covers 3 venues and each further venue is charged separately; modules are priced once for the whole chain. There is no fee per device, so add as many tablets and screens as you need. Current prices are at dishment.com/en/pricing.

  • Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days with everything included: the base plan and all ready modules. No card is needed. If you stay, the first invoice comes only after the trial ends; if you do not, you pay nothing.

  • How long does it take to get started?

Usually one to three days, depending mostly on the size of your menu. You install the hub and apps, enter the menu, set up halls, printers and staff, and you are ready for the first order. We help at every step.
