QR menu for restaurants and cafes: prices always up to date
When prices change, there is no need to reprint the menu. The QR menu is built from your Back Office menu and always shows guests today’s prices and today’s stop list.

What it solves
№ 01
Every price change means a reprint
Meat went up, qutab now costs 50 qəpik more, and every menu goes back to the printer. Or guests see prices corrected in pen.
№ 02
Foreign guests can’t read the menu
A tourist asks what dovğa is, the waiter does their best to explain, and the table waits.
№ 03
Sold-out dishes stay on the menu
The guest chooses, the waiter goes to the kitchen and comes back: “Not today.” The mood is gone.
№ 02QR menu
What it does
Guests scan a code and see the menu with today’s prices on their phone
Live prices and stop list
Price and stop-list changes from Back Office show in the QR menu within a minute; sold-out dishes are marked.
Three languages and allergens
The menu comes in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, with dish names and descriptions taken from the translations in Back Office. Allergens are shown too.
Your own design
Ready palettes or your own colours, font, list, grid or large photos, logo and cover photo.
Wi-Fi password in one tap
Guests don’t have to ask the waiter. Opening hours, Instagram, WhatsApp and other links are in the menu as well.
Table cards and a paper menu
Print table cards and an entrance poster. Download a paper menu as a PDF from the same place, in several styles.
Anonymous statistics
Which dishes people look at, at what time and from which tables, and what they search for but can’t find.

№ 04Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can guests order from the QR menu?
With the Delivery module, yes: the guest opens the menu from the QR code on the table and sends the order, the waiter sees it on the tablet and confirms it — it goes into the table’s check and to the kitchen. Without the module the QR menu is for viewing, and orders are taken by the waiter or at the till.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the code with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, no sign-up needed.
How is the module paid for?
The QR menu is a separate monthly module, switched on once for the whole chain, and you can turn it off at any time. See the pricing page for the price.
Do I have to give up paper menus?
No. The same menu produces a print-ready PDF, single- or double-sided. When prices change, you download a fresh file in a minute.
